The version 0.15 is probably the biggest AEwVS update so far.
Changes[]
- Replaced the main menu with a new one, which has settings, and a store, from which you can buy items, access to test levels, and hints (some of which are just expensive jokes).
- Added lots of new items.
- Added many new test maps.
- Changed the model of trash bins, lockers, classroom desks, chairs, Chalkboards.
- Various user interface changes.
- Pressing the Home key no longer restarts the level: instead, there is a button in the pause menu.
- Removed one of Albert's pieces from Untitled2, making it impossible to complete him in that map.
- Expanded the History Level's map.
- Added the Blood bar, a mechanic which can sometimes be extremely important.
- Added fall damage, by draining blood or even killing the protagonist when falling from a high enough height.
- Removed the Puppet, and added Konstantin XI as a replacement.
- Scrina was added to the History Level, appearing in the middle of a long hallway.
- Flashes and Flash mines were removed from the History level, and the clock was moved into the elevator.
- Nobses were added, however they could only be accessed in a test level.
- Added DCoins, which can be spent in the store in the main menu.
- There is no longer a single footstep sound for everything. Instead, there are now (usually) 4 different footstep sounds for each type of material that can be walked on.
- Fixed footstep sounds repeatedly playing at extreme speeds when falling.
- Added wind, which can be heard when falling or running. Volume of the wind depends on the velocity the player is moving.
- Added Spoxxys limbs.
- Presents have been made useless - they only drop garbage items now.
- Coal has been made useless.
- Moist chocolate muffins now have gravity instead of flying in a straight line.
- Alice now has an animation when killing the protagonist, instead of simply making the screen black.
- There is now a counter which shows how many history notebooks have been collected.
- Tutorial level has been remade.
