Cables are interactive objects that were introduced in Alpha 0.19.0.10. They can be found in the Panacea PAP Station, as well as briefly in the Language Level.
Locations[]
They can be found in the Panacea PAP Station in one of the later sections of the level. This section contains many small platforms with cables interconnecting them. The cables must be used to get to the other side.
In the Language Level, there is a large pit in the ground near the 9 room, and the only way to get across it is by using the cable. This isn't necessary, however, as there is a path that leads around this pit.
Description[]
They are extremely thin cables made out of a grey substance, presumably metal. They usually connect two different platforms together.
Usage[]
Cables can be used by interacting with either of their ends. While using a cable, it is possible to walk forwards or backwards across it by pressing W or S. To stop using a cable, press Space. However, since the cables are so thin, it is also required to press A and D at appropriate times to balance on the cable. Leaning too much on one of the sides will result falling off.
